Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact toocoldbottles@gmail.com immediately.

Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo at toocoldbottles@gmail.com or +91 7736450799.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
